The Lake

Our lake is spring fed and was dug in 2002. At the deepest point is is approximately 12ft. The banks slope upwards to allow access at different points. There is a small wild life area at one side. The lake is approximately 60m long by 35m wide.

There is a decking platform for access, as well as toilets on the far side of the field. The car park is approximatly 200m from the lake.
In August we expect to take delivery of a small hut for changing.

Benefits of Contrast Therapy
Contrast therapy involves transitioning the body between hot and cold temperatures to promote a physical response within the body.
The practice has been around for centuries and we're now finally gathering the scientific data to explain what is happening without our bodies and why the benefits are wide-ranging across our physical and mental health.
Please do not swim and sauna alone.
